About / Journey

Designing clarity for complex, data-driven systems.

About Me

I'm a Lead Product Designer with 7+ years leading end-to-end UX across fintech, OSINT, enterprise SaaS, defence and AI products. I started with a computer science foundation from Iqra University and moved into product design — specialising in complex, data-heavy systems where clarity and usability genuinely matter. I've grown from individual contributor to design lead — running structured critiques, defining IA, setting up scalable design systems, and aligning engineering and product on key decisions.

I lead cross-functional teams from discovery to ship: stakeholder interviews, user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual systems, and production handoff. I use Figma, Maze, Hotjar and AI-assisted workflows to move fast without sacrificing quality. My work spans OSINT intelligence platforms, fintech neobanks, telemedicine apps, B2B marketplaces and algorithmic trading systems — all 0→1 or significant redesign ownership.

  • Collaborated with development teams to communicate design intent, provide clear handoffs and ensure accurate implementation across web and mobile applications.

Education

2014 — 2018
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
Iqra University — Pakistan
  • Completed a four-year undergraduate program focused on computer science fundamentals — programming, software development, databases and system design — providing a strong technical foundation that later supported my transition into UI/UX design, product thinking and data-driven digital systems.
